Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Staika website located at check.staika.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Provider

The Service is operated by the Staika Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "us", or "our"), the entity responsible for developing and maintaining the Staika ecosystem. The Foundation is committed to building transparent, on-chain gaming infrastructure for users worldwide.

3. Description of Service

The Staika Foundation provides a platform that allows users to view their on-chain participation records from games within the Staika ecosystem, including DefenGo and gazaGO. The Service displays activity data that has been recorded on-chain and is provided for informational purposes only.

The Staika Foundation does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented through the Service. On-chain data is sourced from public blockchain networks and may be subject to delays or discrepancies.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Access to certain features of the Service may require authentication via a supported third-party wallet or account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on the Service are the exclusive property of the Staika Foundation or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without express written permission from the Staika Foundation.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social media platforms and blockchain explorers. These links are provided for convenience only. The Staika Foundation does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

The Staika Foundation does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE STAIKA FOUNDATION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

The Staika Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by the Staika Foundation.
